Meet Our Founder

Hind founded Transform Business Coaching and Consulting in 2018 to partner with top executives and leadership teams on winning through disruptions. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the energy industry with specialization in industry analytics, ESG, and energy transitions. More recently, Hind also developed a solid understanding of the insurance industry.

One-on-one Executive Coaching

Our executive coaching service is a platform for executives and other senior leaders to chart their path to excellence in the face of new challenges and responsibilities. Together, we work on crafting and articulating your transformational vision, engaging stakeholders, and corralling them around delivery. Top executives may also take the opportunity to request independent leadership assessments for them and their leadership team. We do all of this while ensuring our partnership empowers our clients to balance personal and professional fulfillment and growth.

Group Coaching and Leadership Team Building
