Following a complimentary diagnostic session with your executive coach, Hind Farag, we design a customized executive coaching program for you. Your executive coaching program typically includes weekly coaching sessions at a location of your preference. We will use our proprietary Leadership Model to work with you to elevate your leadership and influence to much higher levels across your personal, professional, and wider community circles. This results-driven model is useful for navigating transitions on the personal and/or professional fronts regardless of whether you directly manage others or not.
Following your individual complimentary diagnostic session, you may prefer to take part in a group coaching program. Each group meets once a week, and will set and review goals on a quarterly basis. These will also be based on our proprietary Leadership Model. Fellow group members help each other break every goal into meaningful milestones and hold each other accountable for achieving them. In addition to the value of working with your executive coach, Hind Farag, as a group member you will benefit form your fellow participants’ expertise and knowledge.
